Job summary

CoorB is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to drive end-to-end requirements gathering and cross-functional collaboration across our organization in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

You will translate business needs into technical specifications, document data models, and maintain Jira-based user stories to ensure delivery against objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CCE, CS or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar.
• Experience using Jira.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Experience in data analysis and data visualization.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end requirements gathering across the organization using interviews, workshops, surveys, site visits, and other methods.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align business needs with technical solutions.
• Document business cases, process flows, data models, and user stories in Jira.
• Propose ideas to improve processes and drive optimization to meet customer and business needs.
• Oversee planning, organization, and execution of multiple concurrent software projects with timely delivery.
• Evaluate and implement enterprise-wide solutions aligned with goals and minimize cross-functional impact.
• Provide mentorship to junior business analysts within the team.

You Will Be:

• Leading and facilitating the business requirements gathering process from end-to-end across the organization using interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, and other methods needed.
• Collaborating with different stakeholders of the project to gather requirements and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Documenting business cases, process flows, and data models and user stories on Jira.
• Proposing new ideas and features and identifying areas for process improvement and optimization to meet customer and business needs.
• Overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of multiple concurrent software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives
• Evaluating and implementing solutions with an enterprise-wide focus, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and minimizing impact on cross-functional systems to drive long-term value and performance.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior business analysts within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CCE, Computer Science or any other related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst role or similar one.
• Previous experience using Jira is required.
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Proven experience in extracting requirements and testing.
• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
• Critical thinking and communication skills.
