Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CCE, Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience using Jira is required.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Proven ability to extract requirements and perform testing.
• Experience in data analysis and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end requirements gathering across the organization using interviews, workshops, and analyses.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align business needs with technical solutions.
• Document business cases, processes, data models, and user stories in Jira.
• Propose improvements and optimize processes to meet business needs.
• Oversee multiple software development projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with goals.
• Mentor junior analysts within the team.
