Job summary

CoorB in Jeddah is seeking a senior Business Analyst to lead cross-project analysis, ensure deliverables meet quality standards, and drive governance across the organization.

The role requires mentoring analysts, coordinating with stakeholders, and partnering with Product, Engineering, QA, and DevOps to align requirements with delivery and to resolve conflicts efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or senior role.
• Strong experience in fintech, banking, or digital transformation projects.
• Proven experience leading requirements gathering and managing complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
• Experience in business process modeling, data analysis, and solution design.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and software delivery processes.
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
