Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, process modeling, and requirements management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Microsoft Office.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall environments.
• CBAP or PMI-PBA certification is an advantage.
