Job summary

Gulf Cryo is seeking a Bulk Sales Manager (Hunter) for the Riyadh-Central region to drive new business in liquid oxygen, nitrogen, argon, CO2 and related gases delivered via tanker/bulk supply. You will identify prospects, build a robust pipeline, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with Legal, Credit, and Finance to close deals while ensuring a smooth handover to Operations and Account Management.

• Proven hunter mentality with experience in B2B industrial markets.
• Strong ability to identify and convert new bulk gas opportunities.
• Excellent negotiation skills and deal-closing capability.
• Solid understanding of bulk gas products, pricing, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new bulk gas opportunities across Riyadh-Central.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline of prospective bulk customers.
• Convert prospects into long-term supply contracts with structured terms.
• Coordinate with Legal, Credit, and Finance to finalize terms and approvals.
• Achieve and exceed new business volume, revenue, and margin targets.
• Lead onboarding of new accounts and handover to Account Management/Operations.
