Job summary

Gulf Cryo seeks a seasoned Bulk Country Manager to lead strategy, growth, and operations for its bulk gas business in Saudi Arabia. You will drive P&L performance, partner with regional leaders, ensure safety and quality standards, and manage a multidisciplinary team across sales, operations and customer service.

You will shape strategic initiatives, optimize logistics and pricing, and build strong key account relationships while maintaining compliance with local regulations and industry codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Experience in industrial/medical gases, chemicals, or B2B bulk distribution is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the country-level bulk gas business strategy.
• Drive volume and revenue growth across bulk accounts.
• Ensure safe, cost-effective bulk gas production, storage, and distribution.
• Champion a strong safety culture across all bulk operations.
• Oversee quality management systems and audits (ISO, customer standards).
• Lead and develop the country bulk team across sales, operations, and service functions.
• Prepare and manage the annual budget, forecasts, and monthly performance reviews.
• Report performance, risks and opportunities to regional/global leadership.
• Ensure robust financial controls and receivables discipline.
