Bulk Sales Manager (Hunter) – Central-Riyadh
The Bulk Sales Manager (Hunter) – Riyadh-Central is a pure new-business development role responsible for driving volume and revenue growth of the Bulk Gases portfolio (liquid oxygen, nitrogen, argon, CO2, and related industrial/medical gases delivered via tanker/bulk supply) across the Central region of Saudi Arabia. The role proactively identifies, prospects, and converts new bulk gas customers across industrial, healthcare, food & beverage, metals, and chemicals segments, building a strong and sustainable new business pipeline while working closely with Operations and Account Management to ensure a smooth transition of won accounts.
New Business Development ("Hunting")
- Proactively identify, prospect, and qualify new bulk gas business opportunities across the Riyadh-Central region.
- Build and manage a robust, well-qualified sales pipeline of prospective bulk customers across target industry segments.
- Convert prospects into signed, profitable, long-term bulk supply contracts.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor benchmarking to identify white-space opportunities.
- Prepare and present compelling commercial proposals, pricing, and contract terms to new prospects.
- Negotiate and close new bulk supply agreements in line with company pricing and margin guidelines.
- Coordinate with Legal, Credit, and Finance teams to finalize contract terms and credit approvals for new accounts.
- Achieve and exceed assigned new business volume, revenue, and margin targets.
Customer Relationship & Handover
- Lead the onboarding of newly won accounts, ensuring a smooth handover to the Account Management/Operations teams.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers (procurement, technical, operations) at prospect and target accounts.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to generate new leads.
- Maintain a strong understanding of customer applications to tailor value-based solutions.
Operations, Safety & Compliance Coordination
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Operations teams to validate feasibility (storage, logistics, tanker capacity) before finalizing new contracts.
- Ensure all new business proposals comply with HSE, regulatory, and quality standards for industrial and medical gas handling and transport.
- Support site surveys and technical assessments for prospective customer installations.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of prospects, pipeline, and sales activity in the CRM system.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reviews, and win/loss analysis to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Report market intelligence, competitor activity, and pricing trends to support commercial strategy.
Key Working Relationships

- External: Prospective and new bulk gas customers, distributors, and industry contacts.

Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
Experience
Minimum 6–8 years of B2B/industrial sales experience, with a proven track record in new business development ("hunting") in industrial gases, chemicals, or related B2B markets. Prior experience in the Riyadh/Central Saudi Arabia market strongly preferred.
