Job summary

Alkaffary Group is seeking a Branch Sales Supervisor in Riyadh to lead the branch sales team, drive targets, and ensure outstanding customer service. You will oversee daily operations and coordinate with inventory and operations teams.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's or diploma in business, 2–3 years of sales and supervisory experience, strong leadership, data analysis, and proficiency in MS Office and POS/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the daily activities of the branch sales team.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members to improve performance.
• Monitor KPIs and implement performance improvement plans.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve concerns professionally.
• Oversee branch operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate with inventory and operations to maintain product availability.
• Prepare and submit sales and performance reports to management.
• Support promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional branch environment.
