Job summary

Alkaffary Group is looking for an Inside Sales Representative focused on branch operations. You will welcome customers, present products, and drive sales within the branch environment while delivering exceptional service.

You will work with the sales team to reach targets, maintain CRM records, and continuously deepen product knowledge through training, contributing to revenue growth across our branch network.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in inside sales or similar role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner within the branch.
• Provide comprehensive product information and address customer inquiries with tailored solutions.
• Actively promote and sell products, highlighting features and benefits.
