Job summary

Tasheel Finance is seeking a Reconciliation Officer to manage BNPL transaction reconciliations, ensure accurate financial records, and support payment and settlement operations.

You will reconcile daily BNPL transactions across platforms and accounts, verify purchases, repayments, refunds, and chargebacks, and work with collections and customer service to resolve issues. A degree in finance or accounting and strong Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Experience with BNPL operations, payment systems, and settlement processes is desirable.
• Advanced MS Excel skills are required (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily BNPL transactions across payment platforms, bank accounts, and accounting systems.
• Verify customer purchases, repayments, refunds, and chargebacks for accurate processing.
• Investigate and resolve unmatched transactions and reconciliation discrepancies.
• Review and reconcile merchant settlement reports with BNPL system records to ensure timely settlements.
• Monitor customer installment payments across various payment channels.
• Coordinate with collections and customer service to resolve payment-related issues.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance throughout reconciliation and settlement processes.
