Job summary

Tasheel Finance is seeking an experienced Fraud Operations Lead in Saudi Arabia to oversee BNPL and installment finance fraud prevention, monitoring, and compliance with SAMA frameworks.

You will manage fraud detection, investigations, ML-driven controls, and risk reporting, collaborating with internal teams to strengthen fraud prevention and reduce losses across customer and merchant journeys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, information systems, computer science, data analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years in fraud prevention, fraud operations, or fraud investigations.
• Hands-on BNPL, digital lending, or installment finance experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with fraud decisioning platforms and case management systems.
• Knowledge of ML model monitoring, fraud investigations, and incident escalation.
• Familiarity with the SAMA Counter-Fraud Framework and regulatory requirements.
• Saudi nationality is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily fraud monitoring, detection, and investigations with SLA targets.
• Conduct complex fraud investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Configure and optimize fraud detection rules and ML models.
• Analyze patterns, device signals, and identity data to spot risks.
• Monitor trends and propose preventive measures to reduce losses.
• Prepare fraud reports and dashboards on losses, false positives, KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with SAMA Counter-Fraud Framework and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve fraud controls.
