Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience with a successful growth track record.
• Clinical fluency in focus specialty; integrity selling and negotiation skills.
• Tender management, customer-centric mindset and results-driven approach.
• Influencing ability, teamwork, strong written and verbal communication.
• Fluency in English; surgical/Ethicon exposure is a plus.
• Team management experience is a plus; knowledge of digital/social media in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Sales Achievement Planning & Execution: manage daily advertising and sales promotions; develop pricing models; drive sales processes; coach subordinates; track short/long-range plans; coordinate national/regional/local promotions.
• Customer Engagement: visit customers; gather market info; provide technical support; present products to surgeons; promote education activities for healthcare professionals.
• Preferred Skills & Competencies: build market knowledge, stakeholder engagement, and strategic sales planning; drive revenue; ensure procurement sustainability; maintain technical credibility.
