Job summary

proven-sa is seeking a motivated Biomedical Sales Engineer in Riyadh to drive sales of medical equipment and healthcare solutions. You will combine technical knowledge with consultative selling to engage hospitals, consultants, contractors, and government entities, developing long-term client relationships and supporting the full sales lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven sales experience in medical equipment or healthcare solutions.
• Experience selling medical equipment, medical gas systems and CSSD equipment is highly preferred.
• Experience working with hospitals, healthcare projects, consultants, contractors, and government tenders is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development: develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and pursue opportunities with hospitals, healthcare facilities, consultants, contractors, and government sectors.
• Technical Sales Support: deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer consultations; prepare technical proposals and submittals.
• Client Relationship Management: act as primary contact, visit clients, follow up on quotations, tenders, and ongoing projects; provide timely commercial and technical support.
• Proposal & Quotation Management: prepare technical proposals, commercial quotations, and tender documentation; negotiate terms and close sales.
• Product Knowledge & Market Development: stay updated on medical technologies; provide training and guidance; represent the company at events; monitor market trends and CRM updates.
• Compliance: ensure all activities comply with policies and healthcare regulations; maintain documentation.
