Job summary

Hill International, Inc. is seeking a senior BIM Lead for a 5-month infrastructure project in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on strategic BIM implementation, model coordination, information management, and digital engineering to ensure efficient delivery.

You will lead BIM standards, governance, and integration with GIS and Digital Twin, review deliverables from consultants, and coordinate across design teams and contractors to meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in BIM, Digital Engineering, or Information Management on major infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience leading BIM implementation on multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, information management, and digital delivery processes.
• Experience managing consultant and contractor BIM deliverables and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with industry platforms such as Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• BIM Professional Certification is preferred.
• Autodesk Certified Professional or equivalent certification is an asset.
• Experience on giga-projects or large-scale infrastructure programs is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Aconex, ProjectWise, SharePoint, and other CDE platforms is desirable.
