• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar productivity tools.
• Knowledge of program management, planning, and development procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer all aspects of ongoing programs, including planning, organizing, and execution.
• Develop and manage program schedules within established timelines.
• Coordinate the delivery of training courses and programs to customers and participants.
• Liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders in Arabic and English to meet objectives.
• Monitor program performance, track progress, and prepare reports.
• Assist in preparing and managing program budgets and financial reports.
• Provide program updates to management and handle concerns.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Provide Arabic-English translation and interpretation support when required.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, coordination, and service quality.
