Job summary

Roche is seeking a detail-oriented communications and operations professional in Riyadh to bridge Access, Finance, and Portfolio with Corporate Communications. The role focuses on bilingual internal messaging, cross-functional workflow, and administrative compliance.

You will draft and translate announcements, manage intranet spaces, coordinate events, and support digital knowledge systems. A Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, English Literature, HR, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business operations, corporate administration, or internal communications.
• Demonstrate professional fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English (bilingual).
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 / Google Workspace, SharePoint, DocuSign, or basic ERP/procurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Draft, refine, and translate internal announcements in Arabic and English.
• Own internal communications calendar and manage intranet portals and MS Teams channels.
• Plan and execute town halls, team events, and internal gatherings.
• Draft contracts and vendor agreements using templates; coordinate feedback and signature routing.
• Coordinate purchase requests and maintain contract dashboards; support administrative compliance.
• Organize digital file systems (SharePoint, Confluence) for easy access.
• Schedule meetings, capture minutes, and track follow-up actions.
