Job summary

Confidentiel in Riyadh is seeking a Corporate Communications Specialist to join our team and support the Corporate Communication Lead in delivering internal and external programs. You will help develop content, manage digital channels, coordinate events and official visits, and ensure brand identity and protocol standards are consistently applied.

You will draft Arabic and English materials, coordinate with departments and suppliers, monitor media relations and plan the annual graduation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Media, Business Administration, Event Management or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in corporate communications, with practical experience in content development, event coordination and protocol.
• Strong command of Arabic and English, written and spoken, with strong drafting and editing ability.
• Working knowledge of social media management, media relations, and design, print and video production workflows; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Professional certification in event management, protocol or communications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of corporate communication plans and campaigns, tracking tasks and deadlines.
• Draft and edit Arabic and English content for social media, press releases, internal announcements, and corporate publications.
• Coordinate content calendars, approvals, and scheduling across official channels.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect information and prepare materials.
• Manage design, photography, video production, printing and branding with suppliers to ensure brand consistency.
• Support media relations by distributing materials and monitoring coverage.
