The ideal candidate for this role should have a passion for cooking, excellent knowledge of food preparation methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures. They will also have experience in managing a kitchen and its staff. A creative approach to menu development is essential as well as a keen eye for detail when it comes to presentation.

The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure in order to keep up with the demands of the kitchen and handle customer feedback professionally. They must also be capable of working within tight budgets while ensuring maximum quality of products served. Good communication skills are essential when liaising with suppliers or other members of staff.

Applicants with minimal work experience are encouraged to apply as training will be provided. The salary offered is 1300 per month plus benefits. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this role.
