Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton is seeking a Non-Management, Full Time Banquet team member at our Saudi Arabia location. The role focuses on ensuring staff work together, maintaining grooming standards, and delivering exceptional guest service during events.

You will set up banquet spaces, inspect setups for cleanliness and accuracy, and coordinate with guests and departments to meet special arrangements. Safety, confidentiality, and company asset protection are essential, along with ongoing staff coaching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff works together as a team and that grooming and attire meet standards.
• Communicate with guests, other employees, and departments to fulfill guest needs.
• Assist in setting up banquet areas and ensure cleanliness and proper furniture/equipment setup.
• Inspect and maintain table settings for cleanliness and alignment with group requirements and standards.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees.
