Job summary

Muller’s Solutions is seeking an experienced ServiceNow CLM Consultant for its Saudi Arabia operations. You will implement and optimize CLM solutions, configure workflows, and manage the full contract lifecycle, including creation, approvals, and renewals.

A strong background in Banking/Financial Services and hands-on ServiceNow configuration is required. Join a team collaborating with stakeholders and IT to deliver seamless contract management, data migrations, and integrations using Flow

Qualifications

• 4+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CLM.
• Banking/Financial Services experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and customization.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Notifications.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Experience with data migration and testing.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support ServiceNow CLM solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Configure workflows, forms, business rules, notifications, and automation.
• Manage contract lifecycle processes including contract creation, review, approval, execution, renewal, and termination.
• Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems.
• Work with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Support data migration, testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.
