This is a full-time, on-site role for a Contract Administrator based in Saudi Arabia.
The Contract Administrator will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering a wide range of commercial and operational contracts, ensuring full compliance with company policies, Saudi commercial and maritime laws, and applicable international standards.
The role requires close coordination with procurement, finance, and operations teams, monitoring contract performance, managing variations and claims, and proactively identifying and mitigating contractual and commercial risks. The Contract Administrator will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless contract execution, protect the company's commercial interests, and support overall business objectives.
The position also involves hands-on familiarity with marine and offshore contracts, including BIMCO standard forms, charter parties, service agreements, and related maritime documentation.
