Job summary

Muller's Solutions in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced ServiceNow CLM Consultant with strong hands-on CLM and a Banking/Financial Services background.

You will implement, configure, and support ServiceNow CLM, gather requirements, configure workflows, manage contract lifecycles, and build integrations using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP. Collaboration with stakeholders and teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CLM.
• Banking/Financial Services experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP integrations.
• Experience with data migration and testing.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• ServiceNow certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support ServiceNow CLM solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Configure workflows, forms, business rules, notifications, and automation.
• Manage contract lifecycle processes including creation, review, approval, execution, renewal, and termination.
• Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems.
• Work with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Support data migration, testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.
