Mnzil is seeking a Business Development Associate in Riyadh to drive growth across the Saudi market. You will engage with corporate clients, understand their needs and present tailored solutions, while collaborating with the sales leadership team.

Required are a Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing and 2+ years in B2B sales, plus strong client communication and CRM experience. Arabic fluency and professional English are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong client communication, lead generation and basic negotiation skills.
• CRM proficiency and pipeline tracking.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new B2B leads and book client meetings.
• Present Mnzil's services and tailor solutions to each client's needs.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records in the CRM.
• Support negotiations and follow up until deals close.
• Coordinate between clients and internal teams for a smooth handover.
