Job summary

CSI - Landmark Group is seeking a Business Development Manager – Gift Cards to drive growth across physical, digital, and partner channels with an emphasis on expanding B2B sales. You will support sales, coordinate partnerships, and help execute programs to boost revenues and customer engagement.

You will work with cross-functional teams to onboard partners, prepare proposals, track performance, and optimize campaigns for better outcomes. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years in sales, partnerships, or account management, ideally in retail, loyalty or payments.
• Strong interest in sales and business development, particularly in the B2B space.
• Good communication and presentation skills with ability to engage external clients.
• Data-driven mindset with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills; CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and revenue targets across consumer, B2B, digital, and partner channels.
• Drive B2B growth by approaching corporate clients, aggregators, and distributors.
• Prepare proposals, offers, and presentations for corporate and partner clients.
• Track and maintain the sales pipeline, account activity, and performance dashboards.
• Manage day-to-day partner relationships and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate with Finance and Legal on contracts, invoicing, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Marketing to execute campaigns and promotions.
• Support daily operations of the gift card program and system integrations.
• Monitor key metrics and provide insights to optimize growth.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field
