Job summary

S3 Arabia is seeking a seasoned Aviation Supply Chain Specialist to support the GDCME-MNG Logistics operations in Riyadh. You will manage spares and consumables, ensure aircraft readiness, and handle ordering, receiving, stocking, issuing, and transferring materials in line with MILSTRP and FAA standards.

Key duties include inventory control, quality checks on receiving/shipping, and coordinating with departments and SANG Aviation to maintain real-time logistics data and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply, distribution, warehousing, and packaging.
• Aviation supply chain experience required.
• US Army aviation logistics experience desired.
• AS9110 Lead Auditor training desired.
• Proficiency with stock inventory automation using bar codes.
• Understanding aviation parts and hardware specifications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure aircraft readiness by managing spares and consumables.
• Order, receive, stock, issue, transfer, and deliver materials.
• Inventory, warehouse, and package materiel for transport.
• Perform quality control on receiving and shipping of logistics.
• Coordinate with departments and SANG Aviation to ensure real-time data accuracy.
