Job summary

GDC Middle East الشركة السعودية لتهيئة و صيانة الطائرات is seeking an Inventory and Logistics professional to oversee warehouse inventory, manage logistics for aviation equipment and parts, and coordinate ERP-based receipt tracking and reorder levels.

The role includes developing and evaluating Aviation Logistic Technicians, ensuring tool maintenance activities comply with standards, and aligning daily processes to support the Aviation Maintenance Manager.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate Aviation Logistic Technicians in warehouse functions in accordance with the appropriate Logistical Technical Manuals.
• Ensures that the tool maintenance functional activities and procedures among designated organizations are planned, coordinated, integrated, and synchronized to achieve established platform operational readiness (OR) rates IAW contractual requirements.
• Responsible for the compliance with established tool maintenance systems, processes, and procedures.
• Establishes daily tool maintenance processes to achieve operational goals, objectives and priorities.
• Oversees the daily tool maintenance management in support of the Aviation Maintenance Manager, works with PSI team to ensure tool calibration parts and spares.
• Works within maintenance quality control processes, procedures, and standards.
• Reports to direct inquiries, investigations, and research analysis related to aviation tool maintenance to the Aviation Maintenance Manager.
• Perform other duties and task as assigned.
