Job summary

GDC Middle East in Riyadh is seeking a Class IX (Air) aviation logistics specialist to manage receipt, storage and issue of repair parts, ensuring aircraft readiness and timely support for maintenance. You will work with MAXIMO, perform cycle counts, coordinate with inspectors and suppliers, ensure AS9110 Rev C compliance, and support AOG and Hi-Priority requests.

This role requires strict documentation and adherence to quality standards to meet on-time delivery metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Class IX (a) or aviation repair parts expected.
• Familiarity with MAXIMO and barcode systems for inventory control.
• Understanding AS9110 Rev C quality standards and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ordering, receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing aviation materiel with MAXIMO.
• Perform cycle counts and research missing parts to maintain accuracy.
• Coordinate with inspectors and suppliers to resolve shortages and prioritize AOG requirements.
• Ensure shipments meet specifications and AS9110 Rev C compliance.
• Maintain proper records and meet on-time metrics.
