• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Learning Design & Technology, or a related field from a recognized university.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in instructional design, program development, and evaluation within a large corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in adult learning theory.
• Experience with instructional design models and methodologies, including ADDIE and SAM.
• Proficiency in industry-standard e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate.
• Experience designing and developing interactive learning and training content.
• Knowledge of program evaluation methodologies and learning effectiveness assessment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage projects independently.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
