Job summary

Client of Eram Talent invites an experienced Associate Program Development and Evaluation Analyst in Instructional Design to design, develop, and evaluate engaging learning and development programs. The role emphasizes applying adult learning theory and program evaluation to create effective solutions across a large corporate environment.

You'll collaborate with subject matter experts, manage multiple projects, and deliver interactive e-learning content using Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Learning Design & Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, program development, and evaluation within a large corporate environment
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in adult learning theory
• Experience with ADDIE and SAM instructional design models
• Proficiency in industry-standard e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate
• Experience designing and developing interactive learning content and assessments
• Knowledge of program evaluation methodologies and learning effectiveness assessment
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage projects independently
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evaluate effective learning and development programs
• Create engaging and interactive digital learning content
• Apply adult learning theories and instructional design principles to develop effective learning solutions
• Utilize instructional design models such as ADDIE and SAM throughout the learning development process
• Conduct program evaluations to assess the effectiveness and impact of training initiatives
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop appropriate solutions
• Manage instructional design and program development projects independently while ensuring timely delivery
• Support the continuous improvement of learning programs and instructional materials
• Handle multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
