Job summary

AIQU seeks an experienced L&D Project Management Manager Associate to lead end-to-end planning, design, development and delivery of learning initiatives in Riyadh. You will ensure projects run on time, within budget and align with organizational goals.

You will manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and LMS platforms, while delivering instructor-led and virtual training and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in L&D project management with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong instructional design and e-learning production skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
• Bachelor degree in HR/Education/Business; certifications preferred.
• Experience in KSA or GCC region and bilingual English/Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Lead scoping, budgeting, scheduling and resourcing for L&D initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors for projects.
• Oversee curriculum development and e-learning production.
• Manage risks, issues and changes; escalate when needed.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced L amp D Project Management Manager Associate to be based in Riyadh KSA. In this role you will lead end-to-end planning, design, development and delivery of learning and development initiatives ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget and aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead project scoping, budgeting, scheduling and resource allocation for L amp D initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution
• Oversee instructional design, curriculum development and e-learning production
• Manage project risks, issues and change requests escalating when necessary
• Track project progress against KPIs produce status reports and present updates to senior leadership
• Implement and administer LMS platforms, learning technologies and virtual training tools
• Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions, workshops and stakeholder briefings
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies and quality standards

• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field
• Preferred Qualifications:
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
• Master s degree or postgraduate diploma in L&D, Project Management, or related discipline
• Experience working in the KSA or broader GCC region
• Familiarity with learning analytics, performance measurement, and ROI evaluation
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Arabic
