Almarai is seeking an Associate Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor in Riyadh, KSA. The role focuses on financial modeling, valuation, and investment appraisal to support M&A and corporate development initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 5-7 years of transaction-focused experience, a finance background, and strong Arabic and English communication. The package includes a competitive remuneration and benefits within a global business environment.

Core Purpose of the job:

To provide specialized financial modeling, valuation, and investment appraisal support for M&A and Corporate Development activities by preparing structured analysis of investment opportunities, risks, returns, and key assumptions to support management review and informed decision-making.

Requirements:

Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• 5-7 years of transaction-focused financial modeling experience.
• Experienced in working closely with business leaders to turn strategic and commercial priorities into actionable financial analysis, performance insights, and investment recommendations.
• Certified CFA is preferrable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic & English.
