Job summary

Synergy Consulting, Inc. in Riyadh is seeking a seasoned professional to lead Transaction Delivery and Project Management, coordinating with transaction teams, clients, lenders and other stakeholders to advance complex deals.

The role emphasizes financial modeling, contract interpretation for PPP and project financing, client engagement, and business development through research, proposals and opportunity generation.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Finance is required.
• 3 to 7+ years of relevant work experience in Project Finance/Financial Advisory.
• Experience with International Banks/Investors/Corporate/Financial Advisory firms preferred.
• Basic understanding of Public Private Partnership (PPP) working.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with transaction teams to support on-ground development of a project, interacting with client teams and stakeholders (off-takers, lenders).
• Develop understanding of commercial and contractual implications under various contracts, especially for Project Financing.
• Develop knowledge of high-end financial models by analyzing drivers and conducting scenario/sensitivity analyses to ensure compliance with project documents and accounting & taxation principles.
• Interact with client teams to understand requirements and respond to changing needs under team guidance.
• Support business development by researching sectors/geographies/clients/competitors and generating proposals.

Job description

Transaction Delivery and Project Management

• Coordinate with the transaction teams to support on-ground development of a project. This would include close interaction with the working level team members of the client and other stakeholders in the project like off-takers, lenders, etc.
• Develop an understanding of the commercial and contractual implications under various contracts, specifically for Project Financing
• Develop knowledge about high-end, complex financial models by analyzing key business drivers and conducting scenario and sensitivity analysis in order to ensure compliance with project documents and applicable accounting & and taxation principles

Client Interaction

• Interact and engage with client teams to understand their requirements.
• Respond to the client’s changing needs and priorities under the guidance of the team lead.
• Support the team in designing and developing solutions to best address client’s needs and requirements.

Business Development

• Conduct research and analysis of sectors, geographies, clients, and competitors, analyze data, and write reports to generate Business Development opportunities.
• Support in responding to the development of proposals requested by potential clients

Qualifications & Skills:-

• Master's Degree in Finance
