Job summary

Synergy Consulting, Inc. is recruiting for an Associate/Sr. Associate role in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on transaction delivery, project management, client interaction, and business development for project finance and financial advisory engagements.

The candidate will coordinate with transaction teams, analyze contracts under PPP/financing structures, and build advanced financial models to support proposals and client solutions.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Finance required.
• 3–7+ years of relevant work experience in Project Finance/Financial Advisory.
• Experience with International Banks/Investors/Corporate/Financial Advisory firms preferred.
• Basic understanding of Public Private Partnership (PPP).
• Strong Financial Modelling Acumen.

Responsibilities

• Transaction Delivery and Project Management: coordinate with transaction teams, understand contracts under Project Financing, develop knowledge of financial models and accounting/tax principles.
• Client Interaction: engage with client teams, respond to changing needs, support solution design.
• Business Development: conduct sector/geography/client/competitor research, write reports to generate opportunities, assist in proposals.

Role (Associate/Sr. Associate)

Responsibilities:

Transaction Delivery and Project Management

1. 1. Coordinate with the transaction teams to support on-ground development of a project. This would include close interaction with the working level team members of the client and other stakeholders in the project like off-takers, lenders, etc.
2. 2. Develop an understanding of the commercial and contractual implications under various contracts, specifically for Project Financing
3. 3. Develop knowledge about high-end, complex financial models by analyzing key business drivers and conducting scenario and sensitivity analysis in order to ensure compliance with project documents and applicable accounting & and taxation principles

Client Interaction

1. 1. Interact and engage with client teams to understand their requirements.
2. 2. Respond to the client's changing needs and priorities under the guidance of the team lead.
3. 3. Support the team in designing and developing solutions to best address client's needs and requirements.

Business Development

1. 1. Conduct research and analysis of sectors, geographies, clients, and competitors, analyze data, and write reports to generate Business Development opportunities.
2. 2. Support in responding to the development of proposals requested by potential clients

Qualifications & Skills:-
