The successful candidate will have a strong background in business consulting, strategic planning, and transaction execution. You will work closely with clients to identify opportunities, develop business cases, and execute transactions that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and trends
• Develop business cases and financial models to support strategic transactions
• Lead transaction execution, including due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiation
• Collaborate with clients to develop strategic plans and business growth strategies
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and present recommendations to clients and senior leadership
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members

Requirements:
