The role leads the front-of-house team, coordinates service, trains staff, and collaborates with kitchen and departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in upscale, fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Fluent English is required.
• Experience leading front-of-house teams and delivering guest-focused service.
• Willingness to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Lead and supervise the front-of-house team during service.
• Ensure high standards of guest service and hospitality.
• Maintain a strong floor presence and engage with guests.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve concerns.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate priorities.
• Support training and development of restaurant staff.
• Monitor grooming, presentation and service standards.
• Assist with staff scheduling and operational planning.
• Support inventory control and cost-conscious operations.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and company procedures.
• Contribute to upselling initiatives and revenue targets.
