Job summary

The Red Palace in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional dining experiences and high service standards. This role contributes to revenue growth while maintaining the palace's legacy of luxury hospitality.

Reporting to the Restaurant Assistant Manager/Restaurant Manager, you will lead a team, monitor KPIs, manage scheduling, and uphold safety and quality in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in restaurant or F&B supervisory role, luxury hotel preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations, cost control, and inventory.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Assistant Restaurant Manager to ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings.
• Monitor and maintain service standards, coaching staff to deliver attentive service.
• Address guest feedback promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and inventory management for daily operations.
• Contribute to revenue maximization through efficient restaurant practices.
