Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of Food & Beverage experience, including restaurant management.
• Experience in luxury or ultra-luxury dining environments preferred.
• Must speak, read and write English; additional languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations ensuring luxury service standards.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, wine list, and service procedures.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and payroll coordination.
