Job summary

PMKConsult in Riyadh is seeking a dedicated professional for our Workplace Department on multiple fit-out projects in the region. You will work under the mentorship of Directors & Senior Project Managers, coordinating with commercial and design teams, external consultants, contractors, and client teams.

The role covers pre- and post-contract activities, attending meetings, populating the action tracker, and ensuring smooth information flow and on-time deliverables.

Qualifications

• Degree in Project/Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture is required.
• Willingness to be based in Riyadh full-time.

Responsibilities

• Support the Workplace Department under Directors and Senior Project Managers on multiple fit-out projects in the region.
• Collaborate with commercial & design teams, external consultants, contractors and client teams.
• Assist with pre- and post-contract phases of projects.
• Attend meetings and maintain the action tracker.
• Coordinate information flow between teams and monitor timelines and deliverables.
• Visit sites to record progress and quality and help prepare formal project reporting.
