Job summary

PMK International Consult LLC in Riyadh is seeking a qualified professional to join our Workplace Department. You will support pre- and post-contract phases on fit-out projects, coordinate between commercial and design teams, and manage external consultants and client teams.

Willingness to be based in Riyadh full-time is required. You will work under the direction of Directors and Senior Project Managers, participating in meetings, tracking action items, and ensuring timely delivery of project

Qualifications

• Degree in Project/Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pre- and post-contract phases of projects.
• Attend meetings and coordinate information flow between teams and clients.
• Monitor timelines and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
• Record site progress and quality during visits.
• Prepare formal project reporting and status updates.

Key Responsibilities

You will be an integral part of our Workplace Department, working under the mentorship of our Directors & Senior Project Managers, contributing to multiple fit-out projects in the region. Your role includes working alongside our commercial & design teams, managing external consultants, contractors and client teams. You will be responsible for assisting with the pre- and post-contract phases of projects, participating in meetings, populating the action tracker, coordinating information flow between the teams, monitoring everyone's timelines and deliverables, attending site to record progress & quality, and helping with preparation of all formal project reporting.

Degree in Project/Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.

Willingness to be based in Riyadh full-time.
