Job summary

Hyatt Place AlUla is seeking an Assistant Manager – Reservations to support the opening of the property and ensure a smooth guest booking experience. You will help manage daily reservation operations, monitor bookings, and coordinate with front desk and other departments to maintain accuracy and guest satisfaction.

The role requires prior hotel reservations experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel reservations or a similar hospitality role.
• Good understanding of reservation procedures and hotel operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily reservation operations.
• Monitor reservations and ensure booking details are accurate.
• Support the reservations team and coordinate daily activities.
• Handle guest inquiries and reservation requests.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor room availability and reservation records.
• Support the team in resolving booking issues and maintaining guest satisfaction.
