Job summary

Hyatt Place AlUla is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the opening and daily operations of the new outlet.

You will oversee service standards, supervise staff, coordinate with kitchen and other departments, handle guest feedback, and ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in restaurant or food & beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt’s expansion across the region and will feature 215 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.

Your Role

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
