Job summary

Grand Hyatt Al Khobar is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager/Team Leader for Front Office / Guest Relations to help run daily operations in line with Hyatt's standards.

You will work to deliver outstanding guest experiences, supervise front desk colleagues, and coordinate with other departments to meet guest and owner expectations. Minimum of 2 years in a similar role with strong communication and guest relations skills required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader – Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel.
• Well developed communication and customer relations skills.
