To drive sustainable revenue growth for clinical accessories, medical consumables, and related medical products within the assigned territory by managing key hospital accounts, converting the installed base into recurring sales, protecting market share, and driving competitive displacement. The role is responsible for achieving revenue and forecast targets while maintaining strong customer relationships, supply-chain coordination, and CRM discipline across the assigned territory.
2. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve annual revenue and forecast targets for medical consumables, clinical accessories, and related products.
- Grow recurring consumables sales and protect the installed base from competitors.
- Manage hospital accounts, tenders, contracts, orders, consignment, and replenishment.
- Build strong relationships with procurement, biomedical, materials management, and clinical users.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities across hospitals and departments.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure product availability, inventory, and timely delivery.
- Drive competitive displacement through product value, quality, compatibility, and cost-effectiveness.
- Support product launches, demonstrations, customer training, and product adoption.
- Maintain accurate CRM, pipeline, account plans, pricing, and sales forecasts.
3. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical/Medical Engineering, Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 8+ years of sales experience in medical devices, medical consumables, clinical accessories, or pharmaceuticals in the Gulf.
- 1-2+ years of experience in the Saudi private hospital sector.
- Proven track record in key account management, revenue growth, and competitive displacement.
- Strong knowledge of hospital procurement, tenders, consumables, inventory, and supply-chain processes.
- Strong CRM, forecasting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken.
- Valid KSA driving license and willingness to travel.
4. PREFERRED SKILLS AND COMPENETNICES:
- Proven track record in managing key accounts and named hospital groups.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve commercial results, including market-share growth, competitive displacement, or securing formulary/vendor listings.
- Practical knowledge of supply-chain processes, including forecasting, call-off/consignment stock, expiry, and rotation control.
- Strong CRM discipline using Salesforce, Oracle, or equivalent systems, with good Excel reporting, pipeline management, and forecast accuracy.
- Experience leading or coaching a small sales team or acting as a line manager, with potential for future portfolio expansion.
- Experience participating in at least one product or line launch, from planning through post-launch tracking.
- Native or fully fluent Arabic and fluent English, both written and spoken, with the ability to prepare reports in English.
- Valid KSA driving license and willingness to travel across the assigned region.
