Job summary

Almarai is seeking an Assistant HR Manager to lead divisional personnel activities in Riyadh. You will ensure compliance with Personnel Policies & Procedures and coordinate with government entities to deliver payroll, benefits and HR services to the Sales Division.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of HR managerial experience, deep knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, and must be a Saudi national. This role offers a tax-free salary, a company vehicle, generous leave and medical cover.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in human resources managerial role.
• Knowledge of Labor Law.
• Saudi National only.

Responsibilities

• Manage all divisional personnel activities within the Sales Division and ensure compliance with Personnel Policies & Procedures; liaise with government departments as required.
• Ensure timely payment to head office employees by providing payroll and personnel & compensation documentation on time and accurately.
• Manage governmental documentation processes for all employees within the division.
