Job summary

Flip retail in Saudi Arabia is seeking a store operations leader to oversee recruiting, training, and coaching of new garment shop staff, ensuring efficient decision making to boost overall shop performance.

You will align the brand with in-store standards, drive sales through exceptional customer care, manage SOP compliance, visual merchandising, and inventory movement, and motivate the team through training and communication.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quantitative performance metrics: units per purchase, average order value, monthly sales, sales per square foot, turnover, shrinkage, and conversion rate.
• Set store sales targets to optimize revenue and productivity.
• Hold regular staff meetings to align on goals and performance.
• Maintain and enhance customer service standards across all shops.
• Adhere to and enforce SOPs, policies, and loss-prevention procedures; develop compliance processes.
• Ensure Visual Merchandising guidelines are followed in all stores at all times.
• Monitor inventory movement and stock levels to prevent gaps and overstock.
• Recruit and train staff on sales techniques, customer care, teamwork, and store etiquette.
• Evaluate employee performance annually and foster open communication through training and motivation.
