Job summary

Kellogg Brown & Root Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) seeks a Senior Planner in Saudi Arabia to develop weekly and monthly maintenance plans across mechanical, electrical, instrument and general services. You will coordinate with multiple divisions to ensure resources, spares and tools are available and leverage SAP for accurate scheduling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly maintenance plans and related activities.
• Ensure proper resource planning and sourcing for planned maintenance.
• Analyze and record operational and maintenance issues affecting equipment availability.
• Liaise with divisions to develop maintenance plans and provide technical inputs.
• Coordinate with CET Division to evaluate progress and identify new practices for planning and implementation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure manpower, materials, and tools are available.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance reports.
• Utilize SAP and other software to implement maintenance plans.
• Assist in preparing, developing and measuring Contractor's KPIs.
• Maintain historical records of maintenance plans.
• Comply with all HSE rules and report unsafe acts.
• Encourage reporting of unsafe acts.
• Comply with SHE procedures.

KBR is looking for Planner who will Prepare and develop preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance plans, on a weekly/ monthly basis covering mechanical, electrical, instrument and general services maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly routine and preventive maintenance plans and all related activities.


• Ensure proper resource planning and sourcing for the implementation and completion of planned maintenance plans and activities as per schedule.


• Analyze and record critical operational and maintenance issues related to SATORP's equipment, plants and utilities availability.


• Liaise and participate in various meetings and analyses with other Divisions regarding developing maintenance plans and schedules and provide technical inputs and recommendations as required.


• Coordinate with CET Division to evaluate progress against plan and conduct technical studies to identify and recommend new practices for developing planning and implementation activities.


• Coordinate with all applicable Stakeholders to ensure that maintenance personnel, materials, spare parts, tools and equipment are available and ready to perform the job.


• Prepare and maintain statistical maintenance and technical reports relating routine and preventive maintenance activities at SATORP.


• Utilize SAP system, computer programs and software to ensure effective implementation of routine and preventive maintenance plans.


• Assist in preparing, developing and measuring Contractor's Key Performance Indicators.


• Keep and maintain all historical records and database of routine and preventive maintenance plans.


• Make sure for compliances of all HSE rules


• Encourage reporting of unsafe acts and conditions


• Comply with all SHE procedures prior to commencement and during work.
