Job summary

UCC Holding is seeking an experienced Architectural & Civil Draftsman to support building construction and fit-out projects, with a focus on 5-star hotels and luxury hospitality developments. The role involves preparing accurate technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings in coordination with engineering and site teams.

Required: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture, 5+ years of drafting experience, and strong AutoCAD proficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an Architectural/Civil Draftsman.
• Experience in building construction and fit-out projects.
• Strong experience in 5-star hotels, luxury hospitality, or high-end building projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Strong coordination with engineering and site teams.
• Knowledge of construction details, materials, and finishing works.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural and civil shop drawings for construction and fit-out works.
• Develop plans, elevations, sections, details, and construction drawings.
• Prepare and update as-built drawings throughout project execution.
• Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
• Review drawings and incorporate consultant and engineer comments.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specs, designs, and standards.
• Coordinate with site engineers to resolve drawing-related issues.
• Maintain control and revision of drawings and documentation.
• Assist in preparing drawings for hotel interiors and finishes.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings in coordination with the engineering and site teams.

• Prepare detailed architectural and civil shop drawings for construction and fit-out works.
• Develop plans, elevations, sections, details, and construction drawings based on project requirements.
• Prepare and update as-built drawings throughout project execution.
• Coordinate architectural and civil drawings with structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
• Review drawings and incorporate comments from consultants and project engineers.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, approved designs, and construction standards.
• Coordinate with site engineers and construction teams to resolve drawing-related issues.
• Maintain proper control and revision of drawings and documentation.
• Assist in preparing drawings for hotel interiors, architectural finishes, partitions, ceilings, flooring, doors, and other fit-out works.
