Job summary

UCC Holding seeks a Site Supervisor to lead civil, structural, and architectural activities for a prestigious hotel construction project in Riyadh. You will oversee planning, execution, quality control, and safety to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires strong on-site leadership, ability to review drawings, coordinate with subcontractors and engineers, and enforce HSE standards across the site. GCC-experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience, including 3 years in hotel/high-rise projects.
• GCC experience is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong ability to interpret drawings, specs and construction documents.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure work quality and safety.
• Review blueprints and specifications to verify compliance with project design and standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and site teams to maintain smooth workflow.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, and material requirements.
• Enforce HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations and report incidents as per company protocol.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including attendance, materials, and progress reports.
• Evaluate team performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience, including at least 3 years in hotel or high-rise projects.
