Job summary

Confidential Construction is seeking an experienced Senior Fit-Out Project Manager to lead interior fit-out initiatives for luxury hotels, commercial, and high-end residential developments in Riyadh.

You will plan, supervise, and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver high-quality finishes on time and within budget, while ensuring safety and compliance. This role requires strong leadership and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• 8–12 years of experience in interior fit-out projects, preferably luxury hotels, commercial, or high-end residential developments.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise fit-out construction activities.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, quality, and costs.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Prepare progress reports and support project handover.
