Job summary

UCC Holding is seeking an experienced Architect – Fit-Out to lead the architectural design and execution of luxury hotel projects in Riyadh. You will manage concepts through handover, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence while meeting client expectations.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in architectural roles, including 5+ years in luxury hospitality fit-out, with strong detailing, coordination, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering.
• 7 years of professional experience, including 5 years in luxury hotel fit-out.
• Experience delivering high-end hospitality fit-out projects from concept through construction and handover.
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, fit-out construction methodologies, finishing materials, and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other industry-standard software.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Solid understanding of local building codes, international standards, and construction regulations.
• GCC experience preferred; SAP/ERP systems experience advantageous.
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills; ability to mentor juniors.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural fit-out designs and technical drawings for hospitality projects.
• Prepare drawings, shop drawings, details using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Coordinate with engineering disciplines, consultants, and contractors.
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and design standards.
• Participate in site inspections to monitor construction progress and compliance.
• Assist in preparing material submittals, design presentations, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve design-related issues during construction.

• Review drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and design standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering high‑end hospitality fit‑out projects from concept through construction and handover.
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, fit‑out construction methodologies, finishing materials, and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other industry‑standard architectural software.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Solid understanding of local building codes, international standards, and construction regulations.
• Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience is an advantage.
• GCC experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
